It emphasizes that these violations are not isolated incidents but part of a recurring pattern that reflects the fragility of protection and accountability mechanisms in the country. The report highlights repeated violations affecting freedom of expression and protest activities, violence and ill-treatment, arbitrary evictions, breaches of fair trial guarantees, health and housing rights, as well as environmental degradation threatening citizens\u2019 health and their right to a safe environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In preparing the report, the association relied on diverse sources, including interviews with affected individuals and victims, internal documentation, reports from national and international organizations, and articles from online news websites and radio platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The analysis reveals clear regional disparities: economic and social vulnerability intersects with strict security approaches in interior regions, while civil and political rights violations are concentrated in urban areas. This underscores the gap between constitutional guarantees and international obligations on one hand, and their actual implementation on the other.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The report also provides practical recommendations to executive, judicial, and legislative authorities, including:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-developing an urgent national plan to address regional disparities,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><span
