سيف عيادي مدافع عن الحقوق الإنسانية من تونس ومناضل كويري تقاطعي، تتركز أعماله على الدفاع وتحقيق العدالة والمساواة لمجتمع الميم-عين. يشغل سيف خطة منسق مجموعة الدعم القانوني والنفسي والاجتماعي بالجمعية التونسية للعدالة والمساواة “دمج”. يواجه سيف لائحة اتهامات في ثلاث قضايا بسبب عمله على تقديم الدعم لمجتمع الميم-عين في تونس.
في شهر أوت/أغسطس 2020 اعتدت قوات الشرطة التونسي على سيف بالضرب بسبب مساندته لمجموعة من ناشطين وناشطات مجتمع الميم-عين ممن تعرضوا/تعرضن للاعتداء من قبل قوات الشرطة. ووجهت له اتهامات بالاعتداء على موظفين عموميين والإضرار بالملك العام وتعطيل سير مؤسسة حكومية. حادثة الاعتداء على سيف هذه وثقتها كاميرات مستشفى “وسيلة بورقيبة”.
مجددا في 6 أكتوبر 2020 تعرض سيف للاعتداء والإيقاف من قبل قوات الأمن على خلفية مشاركته في المسيرة السلمية لمناهضة قانون زجر الاعتداء على الأمنيين ووجهت لسيف اتهامات بغلق طريق عمومي والمس من كرامة أعوان الشرطة. تسبب هذا الاعتداء الأمني بإصابات بالغة لسيف. فقد تم إحداث كسور في كتفه الأيمن والأنف وأضرار في العين اليسرى والركبة اليسرى لسيف.
في يوم 8 ديسمبر 2020 شارك العديد من المدافعين والمدافعات عن الحقوق الإنسانية في تونس في مظاهرة سلمية أمام مجلس الشعب التونسي، للتنديد بخطاب أحد أعضاء مجلس الشعب الذي مارس فيه تمييز فج وتحريض على كراهية ضد النساء ومجتمع الميم-عين.
أثناء المظاهرة السلمية حاول أحد أعضاء مجلس الشعب عن حزب النهضة دهس المتظاهرين/ت بسيارته، مما دفع سيف وصديقه حمزة نصري إلى محاولة إيقاف السيارة. اعتقلت قوات الشرطة سيف عيادي وحمزة نصري واقتادتهما إلى مركز شرطة المنطقة بعدها تم نقلهما إلى مركز إيقاف بوشوشة. ووجهت النيابة العمومية إلى حمزة وسيف اتهام الإضرار بممتلكات الغير. وفي 10 ديسمبر تم إطلاق سراح حمزة وسيف على ذمة القضية. ولم يتم تحديد موعد الجلسة التالية إلى وقتنا هذا.
يتعرض سيف لملاحقات متكررة من قوات الشرطة، تعرضت حسابات الفيسبوك والبريد الإليكتروني الخاصة بسيف لمحاولات عديدة للاختراق في الفترة الماضية. في 22 ديسمبر 2020 اقتحمت قوات الأمن منزل سيف وحطمت باب المنزل ودمرت محتوياته من أجل البحث على أوراق خاصة بعمل سيف دون أذن من النيابة العمومية. في 14 جانفي/يناير الماضي هدد أعوان الأمن سيف وصديقة حمزة نصري بالاعتقال على أثر مشاركتهم في مسيرة سلمية للذكرى العاشرة للثورة التونسية للمطالبة بحقوق مصابي وأهالي شهداء الثورة.
المحاكمات:
1- (في حالة سراح) على ذمة قضية إضرار بممتلكات الغير.
2- متهم على ذمة قضية غلق طريق عمومي، والمس من كرامة أعوان الشرطة.
3- مُتهم على ذمة قضية إضرار بالملك العام، وتعطيل سير مؤسسة حكومية.
الإجراء ات القانونية: بعد ان إتهم نائب الشعب سيف بتعمده الإضرار بسيارته اعتقلت قوات الشرطة سيف عيادي و تم إقتياده إلى مركز الشرطة بمنطقة باردو بعدها تم نقلهما إلى مركز إيقاف بوشوشة. ووجهت النيابة العمومية إلى سيف اتهام الإضرار بممتلكات الغير. وفي 10 ديسمبر تم إطلاق سراح سيف على ذمة القضية.
انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان:
تكمن الانتهاكات الفجة والملاحقات الأمنية المتكررة لسيف بسبب الدعم القانوني والنفسي والاجتماعي لمجتمع الميم-عين، كما تعتبر الملاحقة الامنية التي يتعرض لها الناشط سيف العيادي واقتحام منزله انتهاكا للحق في الخصوصية وحرمة المسكن، وأن تعنيفه في المسيرات الاحتجاجية يعتبر انتهاكا صارخا لحقوق الإنسان وانتهاك للحق في السلامة الجسدية وانتهاكا للحق في التظاهر السلمي والاحتجاج وهو حق إنساني، كفلته كافة القوانين والأعراف الدولية.

In August 2020, Tunisian police forces physically assaulted Seif due to his support for a group of activists from the LGBTQIA+ community, who had been subjected to violence by the police. He was charged with assaulting public officials, damaging public property, and obstructing the operation of a government institution. The incident of the assault on Seif was recorded by cameras at the Wassila Bourguiba Hospital.
Again, on October 6, 2020, Seif was subjected to assault and arrest by police forces due to his participation in a peaceful march against the law criminalizing attacks against police forces. Seif was charged with blocking a public road and violating police officers’ dignity. This assault resulted in severe injuries, such as fractures in his right shoulder and nose, and damage to his left eye and knee.
On December 8, 2020, several human rights advocates in Tunisian participated in a peaceful demonstration to denounce the speech delivered by one of the members of parliament, in which the member engaged in flagrant discrimination and incitement to hatred against women and the LGBTQIA+ community. Drawing the demonstration, a member of the Tunisian Parliament from the Ennahdha movement attempted to run over the protestors with his car, and in response, Seif and his friend Hamza tried to stop him. Subsequently, the police arrested Seif Ayadi and Hamza Nasri and took them to the local police station before transferring them to the Bouchoucha Detention Center. The Public Prosecutor’s Office charged Hamza and Seif with damaging others’ property, and later, on December 10, they were released pending further proceedings. The date for the next hearing has not yet been scheduled.
Seif continues to face repetitive harassment from the police, as his Facebook accounts and email have been subjected to multiple hacking attempts. On December 22, 2020, security forces raided Saif’s home, breaking down the door and destroying its contents in search of documents related to Saif’s work without a warrant issued by the Public Prosecutors’ Office. On January 14, security officers threatened Seif and his friend Hamza Nasri with arrest following their participation in a peaceful commemoration of the Tunisian revolution, where they demanded the rights of the revolution’s victims and their families.

Human Rights Violations:
The flagrant violations and repetitive assaults by the police forces on Seif derive from his legal, psychological, and social support for the LGBTQIA+ community. In addition, the security pursuit that activist Seif Ayadi faces and the intrusion into his home constitute a violation of the right to privacy and inviolability. His mistreatment is regarded as a blatant violation of human rights, such as the right to bodily integrity and peaceful assembly and protest, which are fundamental human rights protected by all international laws and conventions.
