عبد الرزاق الكيلاني محامي والعميد الأسبق للمحامين، تم إيقافه يوم 2 مارس 2022 وذلك لاستنطاقه من قبل قاضي التحقيق بالمحكمة العسكرية الدائمة بتونس. وذلك بخصوص ما نسب إليه من تهم إثر محاولته زيارة القيادي بحركة النهضة نور الدين البحيري بالمستشفى الجهوي ببنزرت في 2 جانفي 2022. كما تم توجيه تهم لعبد الرزاق الكيلاني من قبيل الاخلال بالراحة العامة والتعرض لتنفيذ قانون، مع تهمة هضم جانب موظف عمومي أثناء مباشرته لوظيفة بالقول والتهديد. ومحاولة التسبب في توقف فردي أو جماعي عن العمل. إضافة إلى ذلك فأن عرض عبد الرزاق الكيلاني على القضاء العسكري وإيداعه بالسجن جراء تهم لا ترتقي إلا إلى مرتبة الجنح هو تعسف واضح، ويمثل تعديا صارخا على حرية التعبير والرأي خاصة أن العميد الأسبق للمحامين سبق له وأن صرح بمعارضته لما يقوم به رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيد من قرارات تتعلق بمؤسسات من بينها قرار حله للمجلس الأعلى للقضاء حيث قال ” أنه على كل رجال القانون يجب أن ينتفضوا ضد سطو قيس سعيّد على مؤسسات الدولة ”.
