الملخص: تم إيقاف الناشط.ة الكويري.ة محمد علي الرتيمي يوم 03 جانفي 2022 إثر رفضه لتفتيش ممتلكاته و الوثائق التي كانت بحوزته  في مكان عمومي و مطالبته بالذهاب إلى مركز الشرطة لتتم عملية التفتيش بطريقة قانونية.  حيث وجد نفسه يواجه تهمة عدم الاستجابة لأوامر رجال الشرطة اثناء حالة الطوارئ. ومع قدوم المحامين تم إخلاء سبيله إلا ان ما تعرض له محمد علي يعتبر انتهاك لحقوق الإنسان خاصة الحق في الخصوصية واعتداء على معطياته الشخصية.

أحداث الانتهاك: صباح يوم 03 جانفي2022 تم إيقاف الناشط.ة والمناضل.ة الكويري.ة بجمعية دمج محمد علي الرتيمي بالعاصمة تونس بمركز البحيرة (الساتيام) و ذلك على خلفية رفضه للتفتيش من قبل اعوان الشرطة في فضاء عمومي حماية لوثائق و ممتلكات الجمعية التي كانت بحوزته. كما طالب بنقله إلى أحد مراكز الشرطة لإتمام إجراء التفتيش بصفة قانونية والتثبت من الهوية ليجد نفسه ت  وتوجه له تهمة التعاصي المتمثلة في رفضه الاستجابة إلى اوامر رجال الشرطة على معنى القانون المنظم لحالة الطوارئ بالبلاد التونسية. كما ان هذه الحادثة ليست الاولى من نوعها التي تقع بشوارع تونس العاصمة حيث تعكس عن نية مبيته لاستهداف الناشطين الكويريين بصفة خاصة وترصد لمدافعي حقوق الإنسان بصفة عامة

On the morning of January 3, 2022, activist and advocate Mohammed Ali Rtimi, a member of Damj Association in Tunis, were arrested at the Bouhaira police station for refusing a search of their belongings and documents of the association by the police in a public place. In that context, Mohammed Ali requested to continue inspecting and verifying identity at a police station. Subsequently, they found themselves charged with disobedience, as they refused to comply with the orders of the police under the law regulating the emergency state of the country. Not to mention that this incident is not the first of its kind in the streets of the capital, Tunis, reflecting a pattern of targeting Queer activists in particular and monitoring human rights activists in general.

Arrest at Al-Bouhaira police station in Tunis and release after the arrival of lawyers.

Human Rights Violations:

Violation of the right to privacy and protection of personal data, as well as systematic monitoring and targeting LGBTQIA+ activists in Damj Association and Queer activists in Tunis capital.
