the gender program is a queer and feminist-led department, fundamentally grounded in the conviction that intersectionality is a lived reality. this program focuses on protecting and promoting the rights of women, lgbtqia++ individuals, ethnic and religious minorities, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups. it documents cases of discrimination, violence, and exclusion, and advocates for policies that ensure equal protection and participation. the program also provides legal assistance, conducts awareness campaigns, and supports grassroots movements.
